The purpose of this project is to maintain the roadway system of Charlotte County in the following Districts:
- Greater Port Charlotte
- Pirate Harbor
- Woodland Estates
- Road and Bridge

Latest Updates
The contractor has completed the Reclamation process in El Jobean and begun the Reclamation of Cape Haze Blvd. The first lift of asphalt will be placed on Cape Haze Blvd. starting Tuesday, 2-27-24. Once the first lift has been placed to eliminate the drop-off safety issue, the contractor will return to El Jobean to place the asphalt on the reclaimed base in that area. Then go back to Cape Haze Blvd. and place the final lift on Cape Haze Blvd.
